Portfolio of Works

This is a collection of little gems.

Small paintings... big fun!

The "Wanderlust" collection are paintings from my personal travels.  It is about going to new places, seeing new vistas, and the richness that comes to life through travel.  There are depictions of American Landscapes, European cities and villages, and stuff I've seen along the way... places near and far.  This is the largest of my collections because I love to explore!  It brings to mind the quote by J. R. R. Tolkien-  "Not all who wander are lost."

I love to see new places, but I equally love to come home.  I've included the "Homeward Bound" collection as a counterpoint to the "Wanderlust"  collection.  Look for the recurring theme of roads in both of them.  It is a subtile metaphor for life... we come and we go... and home is the ultimate destination.

There has never been a time when our connection to one another has greater meaning than right now.  The artwork in this collection focuses on people, relationships, and being alive.  Look for motifs that celebrate the "Human Connection".

These are images which invite contemplation and interpretation.  I'd love to hear if and how they resonate with you.

It takes courage and faith to achieve a life well-lived.  Every human heart longs to find meaning and purpose.  I seek for it myself and I wish you success in finding yours!
